At Heritage Estate Group we know that Groundworks is usually the first stage of any construction or regeneration project.

We pride ourselves in delivering an impeccable service to kick start any site and set the highest standards. Waterford Wick

Waterford Wick is a collection of 8 detached 3 & 4 Bed Eco Homes in a rural location in Hertford. Works completed:

> Enabling works which consisted of site clearance of vegetation and over an acre of hard standing made up of concrete and tarmac.
> Remediation works to a section of the site to include clearance and capping.
> Reinforced concrete foundations
> Internal and External drainage. Drainage runs to include storm attenuation pond and foul Klargester Septic tank.
> Service ducting
> Road and path construction

Abbeyfield House

Abbeyfield House was a conversion of an existing care home in Bishops Stortford into 5 luxury flats. Works completed:
